WHAT IS THE HENNESSY FELLOWS PROGRAM

The Hennessy Fellows Program will award curated corporate development experiences and financial assistance to selected high-achieving graduate students. The program is designed to identify, cultivate and move students into the corporate leadership roles of tomorrow. Hennessy, in partnership with the Thurgood Marshall College Fund, will offer an unprecedented level of resources to ensure students graduate with the core business competencies required for career success in corporate leadership roles.

WHY IT’S IMPORTANT

In 2018, only 8.6% of Fortune 500 board seats were held by African American executives. In addition, most scholarship programs focus on undergraduate education, making post-graduate degrees less attainable for those who rely on financial assistance. The Hennessy Fellows Program will be a bridge between textbook knowledge and real-world skill application.
