  • 1.5 oz Hennessy Pure White
  • 2 oz Grapefruit juice (uses fresh juice instead of soda)
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice
  • 0.5 oz Agave nectar or honey syrup
  • 2 oz Sparkling water
  • 1 Grapefruit wedge or lime wheel

  1. Add all ingredients except the sparkling water to a shaker tin with ice, shake to chill, strain into the collins glass and top with the sparkling water.
  2. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge or a lime wheel.
