  • 45 ml Hennessy Pure White
  • 60 ml Grapefruit juice (uses fresh juice instead of soda)
  • 15 ml Lime juice
  • 15 ml Agave nectar or honey syrup
  • 60 ml Sparkling water
  • 1 Grapefruit wedge or lime wheel

  1. Add all ingredients except the sparkling water to a shaker tin with ice, shake to chill, strain into the collins glass and top with the sparkling water.
  2. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge or a lime wheel.
