CAIPIRINHA

A Caipirinha in Brazil is delicious... but have you tried the Caribbean version? It's something else again.

  • 45 ml Hennessy Pure White
  • 0.5 Lime quartered
  • 15 ml Simple syrup or a spoonful of sugar with a splash of soda water
  • 1 Orange twist

RECIPE

  1. Place four slices of lime at the bottom of a rocks glass and muddle to extract all juice and essential oils.
  2. Add all other liquids with ice and stir to mix all ingredients together.
  3. Garnish with an orange twist.
