A refreshing long drink that takes it's inspiration from the iconic Sidecar of 1920's.

- 40 ml Hennessy V.S.O.P
- 10 ml orange curacao
- 70 ml club soda
- 1 Lemon twist
- Add all ingredients to a highball or collins glass with ice
- One quick stir to combine
- Garnish with an orange zest and serve
