THE HENNESSY SPICY BLAZER COCKTAIL
Perfect for an afternoon or long evening at home, this dry, subtly woody combination warms up the soul. Simply add one blazing fireplace.
Difficulty

- 45 ml Hennessy V.S.O.P
- 0.5 Teaspoon liquorice powder
- 30 ml Mineral water
- 1 Pinch black pepper
- 1 tablespoon White sugar
- 1 pinch Ground cinnamon
RECIPE
- Mix all the ingredients.
- Flambé before pouring from one metal blazer mug to another 4 or 5 times.
- Put out the flame and let cool.
- Pour into an Old-Fashioned glass filled with ice cubes.
- Garnish with a liquorice stick.
