We invite you to an memorable tasting experience combining cognac and caviar. Born from the collaboration between Hennessy and Prunier, the world leader in the manufacture of exceptional French caviar since 1872, this new gourmet offering is available upon request at the Boutique Bar to elevate your private tour or tasting moment.

Hennessy and Prunier present shared histories that date back centuries. Both Maisons, rooted in the fertile region of south-west France, have honed their crafts to achieve unparalleled quality in their respective domains. The custodians of time-honored methods, they embody French excellence and the pursuit of perfection.

Much like the meticulous ageing of Hennessy's eaux-de-vie, Prunier’s caviar-making involves a careful selection and maturation of sturgeons, each process epitomizing the patience required to create luxury delicacies.

Caviar’s rich, salty, and slightly nutty flavors provide a delightful contrast to the sweet and fruity notes found in Hennessy rare cognacs. There’s a harmonious balance between the smoothness of high-quality caviar and the silky mouthfeel of a well-aged cognac matured in oak barrels.

Hennessy Paradis x Prunier Oscietra Classic : Harmonious minerality
In the first of our two pairing experiences, the floral and exotic fruit notes of Hennessy Paradis contrast with the subtle iodine notes and minerality of Prunier Oscietra Classic, creating a harmonious array of flavours. The silky aspect of Hennessy Paradis, an exceptional blend made from eaux-de-vie aged exclusively in very old oak barrels, perfectly envelops the creamy texture of this subtle caviar.

Richard Hennessy x Prunier Oscietra Superior : Endless complexity
In the second pairing experience on offer, two masterpieces enhance each other. The intricate spicy and leathery notes of Richard Hennessy, an exceptional blend made from some of the scarcest eaux-de-vie in Hennessy's reserves, complement the subtle iodized aromas in Prunier Oscietra Superior. The remarkable persistence of this caviar echoes the lingering finish of Richard Hennessy. Their encounter mutually amplifies their intensities.
