MATA HARI COCKTAIL
Exotically named after the notorious World War 1 spy, this sweet cocktail practially zings with energy. Another take on a shaken, not stirred classic.

- 45 ml Hennessy V.S.O.P
- 30 ml Sweet vermouth
- 20 ml Lemon juice
- 15 ml Symple syrup
- 20 ml Pomegranate syrup
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Strain into a tumbler and serve immediately.
