5 brunch cocktails to try out this summer

Fill your mixing glass with the ice cubes. Pour in the cocktail ingredients (except sodas). Stir and pour in the highball glass filled with ice. Top up with sodas. Stir quickly. Add ice if necessary and finish with some garnish.

Mix all cocktail ingredients (except for the Hennessy cognac) together ahead of time. The longer the time it has to macerate, the more the flavours will pop.

Muddle some ginger and mint leaf in your shaker. Pour in the Hennessy Very Special cognac. Fill your shaker with the ice cubes. Shake and pour the drink over ice in a glass. Top up with Ginger beer and garnish.

Add all cocktail ingredients to a shaker tin with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice. Garnish your drink with an orange wedge and mint sprig.

The White Sangria cocktail

Add all cocktail ingredients into a punch bowl. Leave to rest for 12 hours. Add ice. Before serving add Hennessy cognac and soda water.
