THE BORDER TOWN COCKTAIL
This complex hot drink concoction fits the bill with aplomb. It starts with hot apple cider then swerves left from there.

- 40 ml Hennessy V.S.O.P
- 150 ml Hot Apple Cider
- 30 ml Oloroso™ Sherry
- 20 ml Simple Syrup
- 1 Cinnamon
RECIPE
- Combine the ingredients in a heatproof glass and stir gently.
- Grate fresh cinnamon over the top and leave the cinnamon stick in the warm liquid.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
